MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT- We’re trying something new! No additional form is required. Only Voting Members (Grand Officers, Past Grand Presidents, State Chairman and Parlor Delegate) have the option to be paid zone mileage for attending the Grand Parlor Annual Meeting. You may now request reimbursement during the electronic registration process.

PARLOR Certificate of Election FORM –The Certificate of Election form is a document that needs to be completed by the Parlor Recording Secretary and President. It is required for a Delegate and/or Alternate to be counted. The said form is the proof of election of the said Delegate and/or Alternate.
